أشاد المدافع الدولي الأسكتلندي أندي روبرتسون، لاعب فريق كرة القدم الأول بنادي ليفربول، بزميله المصري محمد صلاح نجم الريدز، مشيرًا إلى أنه من أفضل اللاعبين في العالم.

روبرتسون انضم إلى ليفربول في نفس الوقت الذي تعاقد فيه الريدز مع محمد صلاح، حيث تعاقد فريق يورجن كلوب مع أندي من هال سيتي، بينما انضم الملك المصري قادمًا من روما، في صيف 2017.

وتمكن الثنائي من تحقيق جميع الألقاب الممكنة محليًا وأوروبيًا مع ليفربول، أبرزها الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز ودوري أبطال أوروبا، وكأس العالم للأندية.

وقال روبرتسون في تصريحات خلال بودكاست “WeAreLiverpool” عبر الإنترنت: “محمد صلاح هو زعيم بلاده، قائدهم، هذه هي الفائدة الآن منه معنا في ليفربول”.

وأضاف: “أن يكون لديك العديد من القادة في منتخبات بلادهم أمر رائع في غرفة تغيير الملابس. ومحمد صلاح أحد أكبر القادة في ليفربول حاليًا، ويساعدنا جميعًا، من خلال وضع المعايير الثابتة التي نسير عليها كلاعبين من أجل الريدز”.

وواصل: “ربما محمد صلاح لم يكن ضمن مجموعة القادة في ليفربول، لكنه دون الشارة، فهو قائد في غرف الملابس، وحتى في الملعب، نشعر بأنه ضمن القادة الذين يمكنهم توجيه كل لاعب للأفضل له”.

واختتم: “محمد صلاح واحد من أفضل اللاعبين في العالم اليوم، والاستماع لما يقوله أمرًا هامًا، لقد مر بالعديد من المواقف الصعبة وتمكن من أن يكون ضمن النجوم والقادة العالميين”.

نجح فريق اتحاد جدة في تسجيل الهدف الثالث في مرمى نظيره النصر، في المباراة الجارية بينهما حالياً، في إطار الدور نصف النهائي لبطولة السوبر السعودي.

A Seleção Brasileira viverá um ambiente diferente nesta semana em Sochi, onde faz a preparação durante a Copa do Mundo na Rússia. A principal novidade com relação à semana passada, a primeira em solo russo, é a presença dos familiares e amigos dos jogadores, cuja maioria desembarcou em solo russo no último fim de semana para acompanhar a estreia em Rostov. A presença das pessoas próximas animou os atletas e criou uma rede inédita de interação entre os familiares do grupo.

A Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) reservou um hotel para os jogadores hospedarem seus familiares e amigos durante a Copa. O prédio fica bem próximo ao resort em que a Seleção está hospedada em Sochi. Juntos, a família verde e amarela criou um ambiente de aproximação. Muitos, antes dessa viagem, nem se conheciam e aproveitam para estreitar laços. Foi o caso das famílias do volante Fred e dos atacantes Douglas Costa e Taison, vistas juntas desde o jogo em Rostov. Um deles se referiu ao ambiente como “tipo BBB”, referência ao programa Big Brother Brasil, em que pessoas desconhecidas ficam confinadas e estreitam relação durante o período na casa. O café da manhã nesta terça foi animado, com a presença de quase todos.

No entanto, ao contrário do que se passa no BBB, os familiares têm liberdade para saírem quando quiser. Muitos aproveitaram mais um dia de sol nesta terça-feira para irem ao shopping, outros conheceram a praia. Na noite de segunda, já havia tido uma grande interação no hotel. Praticamente todos os jogadores foram jantar no local onde estão os familiares. A comissão técnica deu folga ao elenco depois do treino de segunda até o meio-dia desta terça. O zagueiro Miranda e o volante Fred quebraram o script e jantaram em restaurantes da cidade.

A proximidade dos atletas com as famílias foi uma das prioridades de Tite e do diretor Edu Gaspar na hora da montagem da logística na Rússia. O treinador acha importante os jogadores terem esse contato durante o Mundial, ao contrário de outras vezes, em que ficavam enclausurados, sem contato com o mundo externo. Antes da viagem à Rússia, Tite se consultou com várias pessoas de sua confiança e chegou a ser aconselhado a não permitir tamanha interação. Ouviu que alguns jogadores poderiam não gostar, por ser um momento em que querem privacidade, mas ainda assim achou por bem manter a posição. O grupo recebeu bem.

Entre esta segunda e terça-feira, os jogadores da Seleção publicaram diversos momentos de interação com familiares e amigos. Neymar postou foto em jantar com a família e também com a mãe Nadine. Gabriel Jesus fez o mesmo com a mãe Vera. O volante Fred registrou até a presença do ex-lateral-direito Gabriel no local. Ele acompanha a Copa com os amigos de Neymar, de quem virou “parça”. Tem relação próxima com o grupo.

A Seleção treina novamente em Sochi nesta terça (às 11h de Brasília). Fica na cidade até quarta à noite, quando parte para São Petersburgo, cidade do segundo jogo na Copa contra a Costa Rica. Após o embate, retorna à cidade-sede.

ScorecardIt is understandable that Leicestershire haven’t been entirely focussed since their Twenty20 triumph on Saturday, but after five days the foggy post-celebration haze lifted a little at Lord’s as they showed some fight in the follow-on against Middlesex. However, it won’t be enough to prevent their ninth defeat of the season while, in turn, a victory will send the home side momentarily top of the Division Two table.Even as summer turns to autumn, the same rules apply at Lord’s. If the sun is out, life is a lot tougher for the bowlers. England have previously found to their cost that asking a side to follow-on here can be the path to some hard toil and Middlesex’s bowlers had to earn their rewards – although that isn’t a bad thing because often this season Division Two wickets have fallen too easily.Middlesex only gained two breakthroughs up to tea, as Greg Smith hit 84, his first Championship fifty of the season, but inroads came during the final session including James Taylor for a determined 85. He faced 164 balls, in front of England selector James Whitaker, before gloving Tim Murtagh, armed with the second new ball, down the leg side although Middlesex were convinced they’d got him caught behind in single figures.Taylor’s display will help ease some of the frustrations of being left out of England’s Twenty20 and ODI squads having made his international debut against Ireland last week. Unlike in Dublin, where he fell to a top-edged pull, the shot was in good working order today . He may have already advanced further if shin splints hadn’t limited his season – this is just his sixth Championship game – but his spell post-tea was impressive.He had Josh Cobb, one of the heroes of finals day, caught behind from a loose drive that was well taken by John Simpson diving forward then produced an excellent delivery which lifted from a length to remove Ned Eckersley. When Wayne White was trapped lbw to the second new ball and Taylor followed shortly afterwards a three-day finish was on the cards but Robert Taylor and Jigar Naik erased the deficit.

O Palmeiras levou praticamente toda a estrutura de seu Centro de Excelência na Academia de Futebol para a viagem à América Central. Além de equipamentos de fisioterapia e fisiologia, cerca de 40 funcionários seguiram para o Panamá e Costa Rica com o grupo de 28 atletas. A intenção é fazer a rotina mais parecida possível com aquela no Brasil.

A delegação chegou ao Panamá na madrugada de sexta-feira, mas desde quarta o fisioterapeuta Jomar Ottoni e o auxiliar Roberto Ribas já estavam no país, preparando o hotel onde o clube está hospedado.

A maior parte dos equipamentos usados pelo Núcleo de Saúde e Performance na Academia foi levada e instalada nos quartos, exceto pelas máquinas de trabalho regenerativo, que ficaram no Brasil. Ao mesmo tempo em que Roger arma taticamente o time para o segundo semestre, também são feitos trabalhos físicos bem pesados, para criar resistência aos atletas em ações de alta intensidade.

O grupo trabalhará até o fim da viagem em dois períodos, menos nesta segunda e sexta-feira, quando completarão 48h de pós-jogo – o Verdão venceu o Árabe Unido no sábado e volta a campo na quarta, para enfrentar o Independiente Medellín (COL). Os treinos acontecem no estádio Maracanã, que conta com um campo de society e teve a estrutura bem avaliada pelo Verdão.

O estafe palmeirense conta, inclusive, com o chefe de cozinha da Academia. Além da nutricionista Alessandra Favano, o clube escolheu levá-lo, com comidas típicas do Brasil, como feijão e alguns tipos de carne.

Além da parte desportiva, divulgar a imagem do clube na América Central está entre os intuitos da viagem. Membros do departamento de redes sociais, assessoria de imprensa e marketing estão no grupo de 40 funcionários. Os jornalistas locais receberão em jogos detalhados informativos sobre a história do clube em inglês e espanhol, e no Instagram o Verdão está fazendo um material especial, como uma espécie de diário de viagem.

Até os mascotes Gobatto e o Periquito foram “relacionados” para aproveitar a febre de futebol panamenha, pois a seleção do país disputou pela primeira vez uma Copa do Mundo e voltou para casa no fim da semana, com grande festa. Deve ocorrer, também, um jantar com autoridades panamenhas nesta semana – o clube fica no país até sábado, quando segue para a Costa Rica. O Palmeiras enfrenta o Liga Alajuelense no domingo, antes de voltar ao Brasil.​

The three cricketers and Majeed were caught after a sting operation which produced evidence of Majeed setting up the deliberate no-balls that were delivered during England’s first innings at Lord’s. Majeed claimed to have paid Asif £65,000, Butt £10,000 and Amir £2,500.
